As a WHO Code Specialist, you will be responsible to guide the Market on the implementation and translation of the WHO Code, the Nestlé Policy, and local regulation on the marketing of breastmilk substitutes (the Codes).

 

A Day in The Life as WHO Code Specialist

  • Train and educate all Nestle Indonesia employees, Distributors, and Agencies to ensure they are informed about the Codes and any amendments made to them.
  • Ensure all activities related to sales, marketing, relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, professional organizations and donation practices of breastmilk substitutes are in line with specified regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide trusted guidance and support on matters relevant to the Codes.
  • Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé and communicate them internally.
  • Investigate and respond to Code-related complaints and allegations from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete and update various reports and records related to the WHO Code and Nestlé Policy.

 

What Makes You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the WHO Code and local regulations related to the marketing of breastmilk substitutes.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Experienced and have ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and beyond the organization.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or compliance, preferably in the healthcare or nutrition industry, will be advantage.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate effectively
