As a Digital eCommerce Executive, you will be responsible in planning, executing, and monitoring our business activities in the eCommerce Channel (e-Retailer & Omnichannel), identifying new opportunities in digital outreach and will contribute to the creation and implementation of digital strategy.

A day in the life of...

  • Check and update the Clavis KPI Dashboard day to day basis and follow up to related parties to make sure the progress is on trac
  • Execute and implement the omnichannel activity such as e-Retail, Nestlé Home Delivery, Online-to-offline, with the Customer Experience Framework mindset
  • Ensure complete support and collaboration with brand team and related sales parties to ensure alignment of digital ecommerce execution
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé /local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations            

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in e-Retail or e-Commerce managing and developing multinational FMCG business
  • Have a strong understanding in online consumer experience framework, their impact and how to measure and increase the result on eCommerce sites
  • Passionate and courageous to trial and learn new things and great collaborating with other teams to achieve business objective
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation and data analytics skills
  • Strong knowledge in FMCG business development & management in eCommerce channel
  • Have a Professional-Working English Proficiency Level
