As a Digital eCommerce Executive, you will be responsible in achieving and delivering Online to Offline objectives by ensuring excellent execution in across Regions, Categories, and Customers.

A day in the life of...

  • Define strategies to deliver monthly and yearly O2O top line result                
  • Ensure Excellence in Excecution and on time implementation activities                
  • Ensure the Utilization of Trade spent as per budget and adherence to all company and goverment priciples, policy and regulation    
  • Actively provide strategic recommendations to ensure multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans                
  • Develop sales data and manage sales analyze to support priority initiatives. Establish promotional budget by distributor, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our trade investments.                
  • Initiate local development for Customer and Category to accelerate growth 

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Field Sales jobs with successful KPI achievements especially top and bottom line business results
  • Excellent communication and adaptation skills 
  • Have experience in leading a field sales team and managing distributor
  • Strong understanding in all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Key Account, and Field Sales
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people in order to achieve business objective
  • Fluent in English, professional working proficiency level
