You will have a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their sales and collection targets by continuously providing the team with the required reports and documents, Also you are required to ensure monthly transaction efficiency.

A day in the life of...

•    Informs sales force on new product arrival and price changes
•    Follow-up with sales teams and ensures that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Regional Sales Manager on any delays or issues
•    Transfers goods between warehouses in order to insure adequate customer servicing
•    Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings 
•    Controls Van Sales Representatives incentives
•    Responsible for daily reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations
•    Prepares sales force incentive according to directives given by the Sales
•    In charge of filing of all sales related documents
•    Handle daily collection from sales team 
•    Creation of new customers on SAP
