Main purpose of the Position

 Accountable and responsible for Standard Operating procedure implementation within guidelines for Point Of Sale  & premium development.

 • Accountable for consumer promotion, activities and other administrative responsibilities (PR, GR, code creation, end2end globe management)

• To develop, maintain and communicate periodical updates of administrative responsibilities to all stakeholders.

• To coordinate & liaise activation/sampling plan and activities for brands via third parties, when needed.

• To ensure timely delivery of planned responsibilities during leave/absence period of the supervisor.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

•Responsible to manage consumer promotions from the administrative start (timely PR Creation, Approval, etc..) to administration of premium and POSM till implementation in the Country (System)

• Responsible to activate movement of Premium at the country level and provide periodical feedback on (stock level, sales, administrative reports) to the local CCSD team

•Responsible to implement in coordination with CCSD the proximity of marketing activities

•Responsible to follow up on payments with local Finance and Control Department.

•Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.

•Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

•Distributors and Suppliers, third parties and agencies

Knowledge: country specific trade knowledge (retail at Point Of Sale) knowledge is a plus. Printing, storage, co-packing, warehousing, logistics and sales operations understanding.

Skills: SAP superset, planning and organizing, basic problem solving, influencing, networking skills, communication skills (written & oral), and multi-tasking.
