Field Sales Representative 

Nestlé Saudi Arabia L.L.C – Jeddah

 

Position Summary :  

The Field Sales Representative role is to drive sales with the Food Services customers  driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels( ( Hotels, Restaurant, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines and Workplace).This will be achieved  by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through retaining the existing customer base

Responsibilities: 

•   Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry

•   Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases.
•    
Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.

•   Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities.

•   Analyze the performance KPI’s throughout the year and reacts accordingly to achieve the year-end target.


Requirements: 
 
•    From 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry   
•    Commercially strong – with good analytical skills
•    Hands on experience of sales function preferably  Foodservices Environment
•    Must have excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion)
•    Build internal & external wining relationships.
