Position Summary

Manages all official and legal registration of the company and all its employees, whilst keeping up with all the government rules and legislations, and acts as a direct link between the government offices and the company.

A day in the life of...
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge on the Local Labor Law, ensuring understanding on current information of the country's regulations, and delivering it to all the employees across the market through monthly knowledge-transfer
  • To maintain all Company and employee relevant official records and documentations as required by the government
  • To act as a liaison officer to all the government bodies and ministry offices, whilst establishing strong relations with stakeholders, and collaborating and communicating successfully with other entities outside of the business
  • To manage the processing of all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of social affairs, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations
  • To manage the preparation and processing of applications related to work permits, employee visas etc. in social affairs office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with laws and regulations
  • To support the employees in obtaining or completing all necessary formalities with the embassies and local authorities.
What will make you successful
  • To act as the functional expert on government relations within the geographical scope being covered and ensure that all Government Relations Coordinators and Assistants are managing their deliverables
  • Good Leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle tough situations
  • Strong language skills in Arabic and basic English is a must
