Position Summary
Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.
As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a National Sales Manager – Small Format Traditional Trade to join our team.
This role focuses on achieving the sales targets through the acquisition of new residential , commercial & retail customers
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving volume & value sales growth & enhancing profitability of SF in the Traditional Trade channel.
- Increase distribution and coverage (Direct & indirect).
- Ensuring product availability & timely service to our customers by driving executing periodical delivery schedule.
- Ensure Development plan for his team to stand on their needs.
- Maintaining strong relationship with the key customers.
- Drive on time collection through strict adherence to payment terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- +2 years of experience in a managerial level in sales Field, FMCG or services.
