Sales Development Program

The Nestlé Essentials – Sales & Beyond program is a 5-week training experience for university graduates who are excited to gain hands-on sales and marketing experience in the world’s largest Food & Beverage company.  

What to expect:

Throughout this program you will experience hybrid learning of both experiential learning and work-shadowing which will provide you with a well-rounded introduction to all key functions in a corporate environment, with a special focus on Sales.  

When & Where:

When: The program will begin in October 2024 every day from Sunday – Thursday 9am-5pm.

Where:  You will be based in the Jeddah Nestlé Office, however the program will be a blend of virtual learning, field visits and office visits to give you a real-life experience of our daily operations. 

Who are we looking for:

• Fresh University Graduates majored in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Business Management or any business-related major (with no more than 1 year working experience)  
• Saudi Nationals - Males & Females (based in and out of Jeddah)
• Great communications skills, ambitious and excited to learn!
