POSITION SUMMARY:
For more than 80 years, we’ve led the charge in revolutionizing pet food production and its ability to enrich the lives of pets everywhere. By 1956, through innovative engineering, we literally reshaped pet care, introducing Dog Chow® as the first extruded dry food. We’re still at it today, with Tidy Cats®, the lightweight cat litter champion of the world and Pro Plan Bright Mind®, a breakthrough formula with enhanced botanical oils shown to promote alertness and mental sharpness in aging dogs. Such leadership requires constant innovation. That's where you'll play an integral role.
When you join Nestlé Purina as an Engineering PTC Associate, you're joining our factory family. You'll play a key role in leading research projects behind the everyday innovation and renovation of our pet food products. You’ll experience information systems, quality assurance, supply chain, accounting and human resources, production, engineering management and operations performance. At the end of your rotation, you'll understand how each of these areas collaborate with your engineering work. Following your experiential learning, you’ll work closely with our Corporate R&D team in St. Louis, Missouri to focus on research projects and develop a keen understanding of the science behind our factory equipment and products.
Why engineering with us versus somewhere else? You're taking the fast track to technical understanding and a full-time, leadership position. You are the future leader of our business.
