Position Summary

 

Nestlé Purina PetCare Company is the world's largest producer of cat and dog food and has been an important part of your pet's nutrition for many years. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Jefferson, Wisconsin factory. Shift
(1st Shift) 6:00am - 2:00pm, 5 days per week with scheduled weekend work.

Quarterly Performance Incentive Plan

 

  • Management of personnel engaged in carrying out departmental objectives utilizing knowledge of company purposes, rules, regulation, procedures, and practices. (Objectives include preventative and routine maintenance of machinery and systems as well as installation and upgrades to equipment).
  • Plans, conducts, facilitates, and supervises training of personnel.
  • Reviews leave requests, initiates disciplinary actions, evaluates personnel performance and delivers performance feedback. May also be involved in interviewing applicants for maintenance positions.
  • Coordinates work activities of maintenance with other departments to ensure Nestle standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Takes ownership of area of responsibility and leads problem solving efforts in that area.
  • Works with Planner and other Team Leaders to plan and execute work.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • 3 years of experience working in industrial maintenance environment


The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 - $101,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
