Position Summary

 

As a Production Data Coordinator, you will work closely with manufacturing, material handling and financial/costing teams within the factory to support the collection, entry and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions. Your role directly affects costing, material requirements planning and performance reporting. You will also be responsible for reconciling and monitoring all movements, consumptions, and declarations of raw materials and/or final product documents within the factory and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and validate production data using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
  • Analyze, report, and correct production data including usage transactions, production process errors, and quantity transactions to support manufacturing efficiency.
  • Perform raw and packaging materials management by validating receipt information, initiating and managing materials movement and correcting system generated error messages.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records between warehouse and inventory systems.
  • Investigate plant floor process errors to determine root causes using SAP transactional history.
  • Work with production management to develop action plans for addressing process failures.
  • Support inventory management teams through materials tracking and inventory oversight.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in materials accounting, production systems, or inventory control in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment
