POSITION SUMMARY

 

As a Technical Training Specialist you will partner with Training & Learning Manager on various learning projects and initiatives driving skill and knowledge development to deliver business results. You will be responsible for the overall management of all Technical Maintenance competency building, Education & Training, Leadership initiatives and Pillar activities involving the factory maintenance personnel. You will also be responsible for trainings that occur within the factory Technical Training Center.

 

  • Support and oversee the development of standardized onboarding for the factory technical (Maintenance) teams​​​​​​
  • Monitor and coordinate ongoing onboarding and competence management for maintenance personnel
  • Partner with Training & Learning Manager on various learning projects and initiatives driving skill and knowledge development to deliver business results as a learning organization
  • Coordinate efforts, monitor and recommend improvements to World Class Technical Training Center, including development of technical training modules and oversight of technical training curriculum
  • Develop and deliver classroom/online/virtual trainings
  • Actively engage in and support Total Performance Management (TPM) implementation and progression in the factory

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 2+ years of training experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $55,000 to $88,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
