Quality Coordinator 3rd Shift $26.83 hourly with $1.50 Shift Differential 
 

Support Quality through routine inspections, coaching, training, auditing and investigations where required.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Hygiene/Sanitation 
•    Coach production associates to identify and resolve SOC’s, drive Quality Tags
•    Be well versed in all cleaning aspects of the equipment on the line
•    Assist in coordinating the team in proper cleaning activities
•    Be able to understand and coach on CIP 
Quality
•    Quality Star-Point for the line
•    Collect daily swabs according to schedule from QA
•    Support Hygienist with hygiene activities
•    Inspect and release the line and all equipment following sanitation activities
•    Audit and coach GMP’s, CCP, OPRPs, CPs, and Housekeeping
•    Audit Electronic/Paperwork for the line to ensure compliance including SSOP documentation
•    Creation and updating of Quality documentation.
•    Provide direction for quality issues during production (example: QR reader stops line. QA must investigate and determine if line can restart)
•    Participate in Sensory Panel, Quality Meetings, etc…
•    Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
•    Manufacturing experience preferred.
•    Sanitation Expertise preferred.
•    Communicate with other associates to assure teamwork.
•    Mechanical aptitude a plus.
•    Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions, (Written or oral.)
•    Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances, which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harm.
•    Highly knowledgeable in good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
•    Highly knowledgeable in safety rules and procedures. 
•    Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week on an assigned shift with some overtime 

 


REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

•    High school diploma or GED
•    Basic Computer Skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
