Sanitation Technician II – Full Time, 2nd Shift

 

Seeking a motivated Sanitation Technician II to join our team. Responsible for sanitizing and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced environment. 

 

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM on a rotational schedule.
  • Starting hourly pay of $20.51 based on knowledge and demonstrated skill.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Maintains a positive working relationship with Sanitation Lead and fellow team members including timely communication of all operational and/or safety issues.
  • Ability to start-up and operate equipment and assists with start-ups as needed.
  • Timely pre-flight of equipment including adjusting heights, timing, and positions of equipment. 
  • Performs basic mechanical adjustments and PMs as needed.
  • Knowledge of chemicals, applications, titrations, related documentation, and safety protocols associated.
  • Ensures proper documentation of sanitation for compliance.
  • Perform the job of and sign off on Tech I duties.
  • Performs master sanitation cleaning (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ months of industrial sanitation experience, required.
  • High school diploma, or GED, preferred. 

 

SKILLS:

  • Reading, math, computer, and leadership skills.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude including the ability to use hand tools and lubricate equipment.
  • Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space principles.
