Consumer Engagement Service Agent to our Nordic Marketing and Consumer Communication Team

We are a successful team within Nestlé Nordics that are the first point of contact for our Nordic consumers – the human voice of our brands. Our passion is our consumers and to support them in their everyday life. We engage with our Nordic consumers on all touchpoints on various topics related to all our Nestlé Nordics brands. In this role you will be a part of the Nordic Consumer Engagement Service team, working towards our Finnish and Swedish consumers through all our channels.

Your responsibilities

In this role you will act as primary contact point for consumers who have questions, complaints, and queries on all available platforms. You will proactively drive dialogue with our consumers through social media, based on the brand communications strategy.

In addition, you will: 

  • Be a strong communicator both in verbal and written form. 
  • Community Management i.e., work with content calendar, TINT, Sprinklr and being an OMNI channel Specialist  
  • Perform Social Listening on all Nestlé Nordic brands (monitoring social media channels) 
  • Act as a communicator on our social media channels (Facebook & Instagram) and proactively drive dialogue linked to the brands communications plan  
  • Handle and record contacts via e-mail, social media, live chat and phone 
  • View and assess social media posts about Nestlé, our brands and our products  
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge about Nestlé products in the market 
  • Show good knowledge about Nestlé’s position on a variety of topics 
  • Be the lead on a Nestlé specific category

 

You will work weekdays and one Saturday or Sunday once a month for 3 hours, monitoring and answering our social media channels and e-mails.

 

You will report to the Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Lead, who is part of the Nordic Marketing and Consumer Communications team. You will be based at our Nordic head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.  

Preferred start date: As soon as possible.

What will make you successful

To achieve the above, we believe it is key that you: 

  • Have excellent communications skills, are well organized, have a high level of empathy and are a true team player 
  • Are fluent (speak, read, and write) in both Finnish and Swedish. You should also be fluent in English, since we are working in an international environment 
  • Possess an interest and have experience with social media and influencer marketing (community management and social listening) 
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
