At Nestlé Nordic, we are looking for a Business Solution - IT MS Specialist for our IT department. The position is based at our Nordic head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and reports to our IT Business Solution Manager, Suresh Yaramaty. 

In this role, you will be the seventh member of a specialized IT team. The team is part of our highly competent and multicultural IT function of 21 motivated colleagues with 11 different nationalities. In the IT team, our overall purpose is to support Nestlé Nordic’s business areas and corporate functions. 

Our IT organization is fast moving and professional, but with an informal and collegial tone. People are our greatest asset and teamwork is key to our success. In this role, you will be able to create a large network across global functions and the Nordic countries. In periods, the work pace is high, but we always have fun together and ensure a good balance between working life and private life.

Your future challenges

Your overall responsibility will be to deliver functional business solutions to the Nordic business in close collaboration with local business and global IT teams. Marketing & Sales is a key part of the role, and your participation is required in almost all functional implementations.

As such, you will: 

• Become the number one expert within Marketing & Sales (Field Sales, SAP CRM & SD), showcasing your broad knowledge of functional business procedures with particular in-depth understanding and operational experience
• Work closely with the others in the team to understand the integration between SAP & Non-SAP systems 
• Provide operationally acceptable solutions to the businesses
• Function as ’bridge-builder’ between local business and global partners. 

You will be the lead communicator of all aspects within Marketing & Sales, and as such, for you to be successful in the role, you need to have an open mind and learn about new modules presented to the local business from the global team.  
There is limited travel associated with this role. Occational travel may occur for trainings/on-site support during go-lives and business collaboration.
 

What will make you successful

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to take on the role as our new M&S Specialist and who is motivated to become part of the Nordic IT team at Nestlé. The right candidate works efficiently, with a high level of quality and attention to details. You should have a collaborative mindset and engage proactively with key stakeholders both globally and on a local level. We expect you to be structured, process oriented, focused on deliverables and results. 

Your experiences and qualifications: 
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline and you have 2+ years’ experience in similar role. 

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with:

• Experience from an IT operation environment, preferably from the FMCG industry 
• Ability to work successfully in a complex (matrix) operational environment 
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role (Expert in: CRM – Campaign Management, Field Sales, Interfaces to Non-SAP & Hands on exp: SD, EDI).

Knowledge of the following programs will be seen as a strong advantage, but not a requirement:

• Hands on experience in non SAP Campaign tools.
• Tools: ServiceNow, Solution Manager
• EDI: Knowledge to track E2E messaging flow 

We expect you to be fluent in English and, preferably, in one of the Scandinavian languages.
