Are you ready for your new challenges?
As Student Worker, you will both be responsible for your own tasks as well as support the Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) team on various projects and tasks related to demand and supply planning. You will therefore get a broad knowledge of different topics and your tasks will cover responsibilities such as:
• Owning the process of invoice validation and ensure our accounts payable towards our vendors are not due
• Liaising closely with Procurement and Finance Nestle teams regarding potential showstoppers in the payment
• Involvement in the daily tasks in the team, i.e., support with balancing of stocks between the Nordic warehouses, managing master data, etc.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting
We also provide the opportunity for supply planning within your own portfolio of products and ensuring product availability to customers with right freshness and optimum inventory levels.

You will be part of the Demand & Supply Planning team, which is a part of the Nordic DSP & Logistics department. The team consists of two Nordic Category Supply Chain Co-pilots and 15 employees each with different set of tasks, but all linked to the purpose of securing correct supply and demands from factories to warehouse to end-consumer. You will be located at our Nordic Head Office at Ørestad in Copenhagen and you will report to one of the Nordic Category Supply Chain Co-pilots.

What will make you successful
We are looking for someone who is ambitious and have a can-do-attitude. In addition, your effectiveness could be defined by good prioritization skills and time management as structure is key to success in demand and supply planning.
Professional skills: We imagine that you are at the end of your bachelor´s or in the beginning of your master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
In addition, you:
- are fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages both orally and in writing
- are analytical and have flair for numbers
- have experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Previous experience or exposure to SAP and PowerBi are considered advantages.
Personal skills: As a person, you are open and friendly. You are a strong communicator as this will enable you to engage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you are:
- passionate and goal-oriented in your work – both in school and your spare time
- efficient, structured and detail-oriented
- accountable and interested in improving processes and tasks
- self-driven with high initiative and curiosity
Hours and salary
We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week. Working hours and working from home can be flexible according to your studies. Salary is 155 DKK/hour plus pension and lunch in our office’s canteen.
