Environmental & Technical Reporting Student Worker, Nespresso

To support our operational activities in the Nordics, we are looking for a student worker with a keen interest in data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and analysis. The successful applicant will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, reporting to the Nordic Sustainability Manager, as part of the Nordic Operations/TQM team. The position is part-time (approximately 25 hours per week) and fixed term (six to 12 months).

Responsibilities

 

In this versatile position you will be an important member of the Nordic Technical & Quality team and tasked with:

  • Assisting in the collection and analysis of data
  • Developing and maintaining performance dashboards
  • Supporting in budget and vendor management
  • Supporting in audit processes
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new operational standards, procedures and ways of working

Your profile

 

To be successful in this role, you need to have an analytical mind with a keen interest in developing your knowledge in business management systems for health, safety, quality and environment, as well operational management tools.
As a person, you are pro-active, structured and detail oriented. To you, it’s important to get all the facts right. You will need to have a positive can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm and focused, even under the heavy pressure of competing deadlines.
 

Core competencies:

  • Excellent skills in Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in using analytical tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Google, Targit…)  
  • Strong interpersonal skills
