Nordic Talent Acquisition Partner

Nordic Talent Acquisition Partner

Are you a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge? Are you energetic, independent, and structured? Do you love working with people in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment? Would you like to work in the FMCG industry for the world’s largest food and beverage company?

We offer

At Nestlé Nordic HR, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our Talent Acquisition and Development Team. In Nordic HR, we are 35 people working in three areas: Total Rewards (compensation and benefits), HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD). The TAD team consists of seven people based in Sweden and Denmark. As TA Specialist, you will report to our Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Patrik Henriksson.

This position is a great opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging international company with fantastic people! As TA Partner, you will work closely together with our HR Business Partners and Line Managers throughout the Nordics to align on recruitment strategies and talent optimization. You will get an extensive network in Nestlé Nordic as well as contacts with external stakeholders. The position is either based at our Nordic Head Office in Copenhagen or at our Helsingborg Office.

Our culture

In the TAD Team, we are dedicated and passionate about working with people. Our working culture is characterized by openness and sharing, where everyone is expected to contribute and drive the future direction of our team. We support each other in achieving ambitious goals and showing measurable results - providing the business with the highest service level possible.

“At times, work pace is high, and deadlines are tight, but we always have fun together and are passionate about driving HR to the next level,” Patrik Henriksson, Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.

Your future challenges

In this position, you will own and manage recruitments in our Swedish market. Besides running your own recruitments from A-Z, you will engage and take the lead in some of our Nordic Talent Acquisition projects and ad hoc tasks in the team. These projects will require you to work both independently, showing results, both also in teams, collaborating with the rest of your HR colleagues.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Align job profiles and advise hiring managers on strategy, recruitment process and salary level in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Challenge hiring managers on job content, skills, and qualifications
  • Write, prepare, and announce attractive job ads
  • Candidate sourcing, primarily from LinkedIn
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct interviews and give test feedback
  • Check references and prepare contracts

Occasional travel may be required in the Nordic countries.

What will make you successful

We expect you to have some experience from a similar position working within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, where you have run or taken part in the recruitment process from A-Z. As such, it is a strong benefit if you have experience with all the different aspects a recruitment process brings; from coaching and challenging Line Managers to navigating in complex and different system setups. From creating a great candidate experience to drawing up of contracts. It is an advantage if you are certified in Predictive Index.

It is preferable, but not a requirement, that you have experience from working in a Nordic and/or Global organization and that you are used to collaborating across multiple nationalities and functions.

You hold a relevant university degree and are fluent in Swedish and English, orally as well as in writing. We assume you are used to working in Microsoft Office. Additionally, you welcome working with new systems and processes, as it is an essential part of the job. Experience from working in SuccessFactors will be seen as an advantage.

Your talent and drive

As TA Partner at Nestlé Nordic, you are in contact with many people from the organization daily. It is crucial that you can easily navigate in a busy landscape of multiple stakeholders with different needs, which is why professional communication skills, a high service-level, and relationship-building skills are important in this position. To thrive and succeed in this position, you also need to:

  • Work efficiently in a systematic and structured way
  • Take initiative and challenge the status quo
  • Be energetic and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Be flexible and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment
  • Enjoy working independently but as part of a team with team members based on different locations throughout the Nordics.

Furthermore, agility is key in this position, as two days are never the same, and we are in a large transformation phase were systems and ways of working are changing.

Be a Force for Good

At Nestlé we touch millions of people’s lives every single day through the work we do and the products we create. This way we’re helping to shape a happier, healthier future for individuals and families, for communities and for the planet. Working at Nestlé means you are part of something bigger; a community of people that comes together with a shared purpose and an organization committed to delivering good. Good food, good life.
