We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our Nespresso team.
Location: İzmir
Type of contract: Permanent
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;
Customer Acquisition & Portfolio Development
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities within the B2B(Business to Business) segment
- Build and manage target customer lists through CRM(Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Acquire new corporate accounts and ensure sustainable portfolio growth
- Develop existing customers with a focus on increasing sales volume and capsule consumption
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle (onboarding, usage optimization, renewal)
Sales Execution & Negotiation
- Create and execute sales plans for target accounts
- Lead commercial proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation processes
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on large-scale and strategic deals
- Perform regular field visits to drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Represent Nespresso’s Premium Brand image consistently across HORECA(Hotel,Restaurant,Café/Catering) and B2B environments
- Organize training sessions, product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional activities
- Enhance brand visibility and ensure a superior customer experience
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Customer Relationship Center, Operations, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and share insights with relevant departments
- Prepare action plans aligned with B2B strategies and business objectives
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely customer payments
Which profile are we looking for?
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Prior field sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-based role
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
- Ability to represent a premium brand in a corporate environment
- Marketing experience is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
