We are currently looking for an Automation & Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As an Automation & Maintenance Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Manage and track all automation system software
• Prepare and update all automation software
• Manage and track maintenance work, update maintenance plans and keep maintenance records by using SAP/AMM
• Check and plan electrical systems and take necessary action
• Search for alternative local technical suppliers
• Responsible for ensuring optimal cost, highly efficient, quality and sustained generation for the plant operation.
• Responsible for energy efficiency management. Ensures reliable operation of plant. 
• Responsible for competency development in Environmental Sustainability Topics
• Ensure calibration of required equipment
• Ensure continuous functioning of production machinery
• Tracking and evaulation of technicians & technical operators in coordination with production
• Responsible for leading Breakdown Analysis
• Engaging capex and improvements projects. Ensure Management of Change process during all improvement projects.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and Operations performance, by providing engineering professional and technical leadership to the maintenance function (TPM-Planned Maintenance) in the factory.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (3 years)                                                                        
• Continuous improvement knowledge and experience
• Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply)
• Experience in Maintenance & Automation (Allen Bradley&Siemens knowledge 3+years)
