We are currently looking for a Compliance & Material Recipe Management (MRM) Executive to join our Operations team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Compliance & Material Recipe Management (MRM) Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Coordinate Material and Recipe Management activities at factory level, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Drive compliance activities for both new and existing products throughout their lifecycle
- Establish and validate with the different markets on the finished product specifications/declarations and provide other needed documents for Regulatory Submissions upon request
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams in developing compliant product formulations that meet safety, nutritional, and regulatory requirements
- Drive ingredient compliance by ensuring accurate nutritional data, robust purchasing specifications, and adherence to quality and legal standards
- Accountable for recipe and ingredient compliance across the factory portfolio, in line with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and product complexity reduction objectives.
- Drive compliance performance across the factory portfolio by monitoring Key Performance Indicators, reporting to global stakeholders, and leading corrective action plans in collaboration with Quality, Product Technology, and Event Manager.
- Drive accuracy, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recipe and ingredient data, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, data quality requirements, change management processes, effective approval workflows.
- Partner with Global MRM, Nestlé Health Science, Regulatory, Operations, and other functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Provide guidance, training, and support on MRM systems and tools, including CAT, DevEx, and SAP-RM.
- Act as the primary point of contact for recipe, ingredient, and product compliance topics within the factory, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and promoting awareness of safety, regulatory, nutritional, and internal policy requirements
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master degree preferably in Food Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Recipe Management, Product Technology, R&D, or a similar function within the food industry
- Experience working with regulatory requirements and liaising with authorities, preferably the Ministry of Agriculture and/or Ministry of Health
- Strong understanding of food regulations, product compliance, ingredient specifications, and recipe management processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
