We are currently looking for a Contract Manufacturing Planner to join our Operations team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract:Temporary (1 Year)

As a Contract Manufacturing Planner, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Plan the production of products according to the capacities
  • Run MRP calculation; follow up the stock levels based on stock cover policy of packaging materials and semi finished products and plan the supply of packaging materials in appropriate time and quantity
  • Ensure delivery of materials at right time and right quantity; resolve the issues with suppliers
  • Coordinate purchase of materials with suppliers within Call-off material group
  • Provide materials requirements to procurement department to prepare the contracts as requested by purchasing
  • KPI follow up: Ensures all KPI values are measured and recorded at Co-Packers, including IRA, Variances, accuracy of planned production (MSA). Initiates and leads/supports projects related to improvement of KPI's.
  • Check the production accuracy of comanufacturers and copackers , share the report 
  • All employees at all levels shall not endanger the health and safety of themselves, other workers, visitors or members of the general public.  They shall adhere to company instructions, procedures and systems and cooperate with the company in meeting occupational safety, health, environment and risk requirements.Keep compliance with instructions, procedures and quality requirements to develop and ensure of Nestle Quality System and food safety requirments.
  • Traceability and FIFO/FEFO : Ensures that all materials used in Nestle production have full tracebility and all material movements are done based on FIFO/FEFO rule.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University degree ( Industrial engineering, food engineering, BA)
  • Minumum 1-3 years planning experience in SAP
  • MS Excel
  • Process and product knowledge
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving
  • Basic finance knowledge
