We are currently looking for an Electrical & Automation Engineer to join our Operations team.
Location: Karacabey, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As an Electrical & Automation Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities;

Design and Development:
-
Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of High and Low Voltage electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes.
-
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
-
Support short-term and long-term improvement of electrical infrastructure and line performance and loss reduction through application of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools and methodologies.
-
Lead development and implementation of site electrical maintenance strategy using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools and methodologies. Ensure site maintenance strategy supports short-term and long-term business objectives.

Provide site leadership for technical solutions to operational problems including system optimization, debottlenecking and troubleshooting. Ensure root cause identification and elimination within the technical team.

Maintain and create electrical schematics and documentation such as single line diagrams, short circuit study, coordination study and arc flash study to support system design and installation.
-
Create, maintain and optimize a strong electrical maintenance program aligned with busineness priorities, equipment criticality, local and Nestle standards and regulations.

Compliance and Safety:
-
Ensure processes and equipment are safe for people, products and the environment. Ensure safety of factory electrical teams and visitors supporting electrical teams or doing technical work.

Ensure site compliance with local regulatory/statutory requirements related to the electrical operation of the factory and Nestlé technical requirements and equipment standards. Ensure compliance through Engineering Functional Compliance Assessment and with Nestlé instructions.

Project Management:
-
Participate in project planning and execution, providing technical expertise on electrical engineering aspects.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of electrical engineering tasks.

Training and Support:
-
Lead the coaching, mentoring and development of site technical resources. Ensure the technical team has the skills and competencies to support the site Technical Master Plan. Facilitate the transfer of technical skills and competencies to operations through Nestlé Continuous Excellence.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in electrical engineering relevant to manufacturing.
Which profile are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Excellent command of English
-
Certificate of “Yüksek Gerilim İşletme Sorumluluğu” is a must.

Experience in (both high and low voltage electrical systems) :

Electrical Maintenance Management
-
Electrical Installation Design
-
Electrical Projects Management
-
TPM (Total Performance Management) Methodology
-
Design software such as Eplan Electric P8, ETAP, Ecostruxure Power Design.
