We are currently looking for a Factory Doctor to join our Operations team.
Location: Karacabey, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Factory Doctor, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Keep the required records of the factory employees who have a disease.
- Providing daily outpatient services and preventive health services.
- First response to work accidents.
- Retrieve and record the data regarding the medical characteristics and health levels of employees, and enters the health and work data to the job entrance/periodical inspections form.
- Performing return to work exams.
- Conducting ergonomic studies (Rapid Exposure Assessment, Studies on skeletal muscle diseases)
- Work in the health & safety trainings given to the factory employees.
- Check the usability of the medicine chests, medical kits, devices and medicines in the factory.
- Carrying out studies to prevent occupational diseases; To protect and improve the physical and mental well-being of employees at the highest level achievable; preventing deterioration of their health due to working conditions.
- Prepare an annual health department report and present it to the factory management.
- Track, organize and implement the regular health inspections in accordance with the law, evaluate the results and ensure necessary actions to be taken
- Track the pregnant and breast feeding women’s situations and support their health and protection.
- Help implementation of the protective vaccination operations; to direct and manage the Health Service team in line with the objectives of preventing occupational diseases and planning preventive vaccines.
- Coordinate relevant activities considering Employee Health as Know Your Numbers & Make a Move for your Health" programme
- Save and classify the applications made to the factory health department daily.
- Labor Safety and Legal Requirements:
- -Ensure the highest standard of occupational health and safety in all operations and complying with mandatory requirements
- -Ensure correct interpretation and application of all legal requirements across operations
- SHE:
- -Has responsibility for supporting organization on confidential occupational safety, health and risk matters, such as medical services or personnel record keeping.
- -Ensure continuous improvement of environmental performances
- -Ensure full alignment with local regulations and corporate initiatives

- University Degree (Health/Medical Services).
- Knowledge in training processes
- To have certificate of “Company Doctor"
