We are currently looking for an MRP (Material Requirement Planner) & DPS (Detailed Production Scheduler) Planner to join our Cereal Partners Worldwide team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As an MRP (Material Requirement Planner)  & DPS Planner (Detailed Production Scheduler), you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Run Material Requirement Planner calculation; follow up the stock levels based on stock cover policy of all raw and packaging materials and semi finished products and plan the supply of materials in appropriate time and quantity
  • Ensure delivery of materials at right time and right quantity; resolve the issues with suppliers
  • Control and update the master data in the SAP system for any changes or problems
  • Coordinate purchase of materials with suppliers within Call-off material group
  • Prepare Treasury Report for Finance
  • Perform necessary modifications on orders, i.e cancelling early deliveries or advancing problematic orders
  • Control and update the orders in the system based on the agreement with suppliers
  • Prepare switch tables for materials and inform supply planners
  • Resolve the issues related to blocked, parked invoices for quantity related problems, clear Pos
  • Provide materials requirements to purchasing to prepare the contracts as requested by purchasing
  • Build Detailed Production Scheduler for frozen period in daily and shift buckets based on Material Requirement Planner and real time production constraints; provide feedback to production, supply planners and agree on final schedule
  • Detail the Detailed Production Scheduler for both semi-finished and finished products; balance the semi-finished requirements and their real time stocks
  • Revise Detailed Production Scheduler on unforeseen changes; for modification requests, get approval from factory manager and inform all factory departments and supply planners
  • Follow up the schedule achievement via Daily Operations Review meetings and take necessary corrective actions with respective parties (production, supplier, D&S Planning, etc.)
  • Reporting of monthly scale effective and detail scale effective
  • Prepare destruction forms and follow-up the process.
  • Maintain necessary master data and follow up workflows in the system for semi finished goods

                                         

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Material Planning in SAP
  • Excellent command of English
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Process and product knowledge                  
  • Prior experience problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic financial knowledge
