We are currently looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our Nestlé Digital Transformation Office  team.

Location: Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As an IT Solution Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Support IT Solutions products lifecycle processes mainly on Deployment, Sustain, and Leverage
• Maintain strong networks through IT Solutions functional networks with functional business experts in Markets, Global Managed Businesses
• Understand Nestle Functions/Businesses requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the IT Solutions to meet these business requirements
• Support flawless implementation of agreed projects, on time and on budget by following agreed methodology
• In case of processes affecting several areas of the business, is accountable to work with multi-functional teams and align within the Local IT Solutions Community to deliver changes successfully
• Delivers technical requirements within process optimization projects
• As instructed performs assessment on application changes prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequately documented and complete according to guidelines
• Ensure implemented IT solutions meet internal and external standards in regard to security compliance
• Support Market functions / business to comply with internal control requirements across all E2E (End to End) processes
• Establish, maintain and optimize an efficient Sustain organization across all levels within the IT Support Organization ensuring SLO(Service Level Objective) and ticket volume reduction targets are met
• Ensure relevant measure and targets are driving desired behavior
• Help maintain and leverage technology capabilities with Functional Experts
• Training to market Key Users / Super Users and IT team members & participates in Business Process improvement initiatives & projects
• Enhances Market / User Capability by executing the identified methods / approaches and follow through status / track progress
• Ensuring the consistency in the management of the relationships between IT Teams with the regional/global units and Market Functions/Businesses

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in related job.
• Project & Product operational experiences
• Functional / business process experience for Production, Quality Management, Maintenance, Material Management, Materials Handling
• Configuration knowledge of SAP MES, MII and non-SAP Solutions
• Have an experience implementation of legal obligations
• Vendor and Partner Management experience
• Fluency in English is preffered
• Strong Project Management skills & experience in working in a teamwork environment, good communication skills
