We are currently looking for a Senior CAPEX & Incentives Analyst to join our Operations team.

Location: Karacabey,Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Senior CAPEX & Incentives Analyst , you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Ensure  internal and external compliance
  • Internal Compliance means being in accordance with established policies, standards, guidelines, specifications and best practices, while external compliance means being in conformity with relevant international standards - expressed through certifications and regulations.
  • Manage and monitor Capital Expenditures budgets across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with annual financial objectives and strategic priorities.
  • To prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and year to date Capital Expenditures financial reports, including forecast updates and closing reports.
  • Coordinate Monhtly Business Plan and Atlas studies to support long term strategic initiatives.
  • To coordinate and execute investment incentive processes end-to-end, including certificate applications, tax benefit tracking, and reconciliations with Accounts Payables & External Auditor.
  • To ensure the preparation, control, and execution of contracts with vendors, with financial and incentive compliance.
  • Conduct foreign exchange and inflation analyses, making necessary adjustments to mitigate financial risks.
  • Conduct payback analyses (excluding capacity increase projects) and lease Capital Expenditures analyses to evaluate investment viability and optimize resource allocation.
  • Forecast cash flow projections for ongoing investments. Provide bank loan projection for incentivised procurements.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance strongly preferred
  • Work independently in solving business&Project issues and taking initiative
  • Partner with functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Demonstrate standard methodologies and strong business insight
  • Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
  • Knowledge in F&C (Finance and Controler) processes with ERP systems.
