We are currently looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our Beverages team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Senior Packaging Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Evaluate and improve the capability and consistency of packaging lines adaptable for variety of packaging types
• Perform Packaging optimisations at Beverage plant 
• Improve and develop packaging competencies through unit operation level via involving at competency development program designed by the global resources of Nestlé.
• Initiate operational improvements, sharing in the network with other beverage factories
• Identify opportunities for cost improvements 
• Involve in sustainability and energy reduction projects

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, packaging environment
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data and use it to drive improvement                   
• Prior experience in Packaging system improvements
• Conversant in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
• SAP knowledge
