Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
We are currently looking for a HRBP in our team to manage the people agenda within a specific unit by implementing the people plan. Regarded by the unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR. To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree,
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources departments in the roles of recruitment and onboarding, union relations, performance management, education and training, recognition&reward, compensation&benefit of Global Scale Companies,
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision and analytical skills,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to multitask in a high energy, fast paced environment,
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Success Factors is a plus),
- Excellent command of English is compulsory,
- Experince in performance management/people development/coaching,
- Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead recruitments in several functional areas by using Competency Based Interview Technics to ensure best talent acquised and follow-up Onboarding process to make newcomers well adapted.
- Design development options in line with Training and Learning approach. Coordinate all relevant training, coaching, mentoring processes.
- Work as part of cross functional / Nestle in the Market Center of Excellence HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business. Utilise continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiencies and ways or working.
- Execute actions that support the people plan and understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit.
- Contribute to the organisational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
- Support the Performance and Talent Management.
- Educate the business to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions. Collaborate with Center of Excellence and Center of Service to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans.
- Support execution of Compensation&Benefits process in line with the policy.
- Perform & improve the recognition and rewarding program.
