Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Project Specialist to join our Global Procurement Division based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our Finance Project Team manage the Procurement Price Forecasting Tool used globally (PRISM), ensuring operational sustainment and delivering strategic enhancement projects.
As well as ensuring PRISM compliance, you will contribute to strategic development and expansion of the tool, leading procurement finance projects, and aligning Nestlé stakeholders across the globe.

A day in a life of a Finance Project Specialist in Global Procurement
- Lead and contribute to Process, Automation and Digital Enhancement projects for Procurement Finance.
- Work across function (Procurement, IT, Finance, Costing) to ensure alignment on key business objectives
- Engage Procurement Controlling and Procurement Managers to identify and implement new initiatives, and improvement projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert in relevant tools and applications, providing user support and training.
- Conduct monthly/weekly data health checks to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with standards.
What makes you successful
- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance & Control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in automation, process mapping and improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and previous experience in delivering projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge with Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential for your success. Multi-lingual abilities will be an asset.
