As a Global Procurement Manager – Facilities Management, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of this critical category worldwide. In this high-impact role, you’ll define the direction, objectives, and relevant success metrics, ensuring a seamless roadmap from strategy to implementation. A day in a life of a Global Procurement Manager for Facilities Management:

 

  • Execute impactful global sourcing for facilities management and security services, including market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and risk assessments to ensure cost efficiency and service continuity.
  • Negotiate global contracts, manage strategic supplier relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, Workplace Experience) to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to improve spend visibility, optimize supplier performance, and implement agile procurement practices.
  • Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, governance standards, and responsible sourcing principles.

 

 

What makes you successful:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 
  • Well-established and proven experience of procurement experience, within global category management, ideally in facilities management & security services.
  • Experience in FMCG or similar industries with complex global supply chains is preferable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional and global procurement projects.
  • Strong supplier relationship management skills including negotiation and influencing.
  • The ability to define direction, ambition, and best practices in a global category leadership role.
  • Prior experience driving successful change management within complex organizations.
  • The ability to influence through collaboration whilst leading initiatives and driving results.
  • Experience in multinational environments with large-scale spend and operational complexities.
  • Proficient in English; other local languages considered beneficial.
