Position Summary  

 

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in a diverse, international team, contributing to high‑impact global initiatives within the Procurement function.

 

You will be responsible for driving performance and improving organizational efficiency through critical projects that rotate every 6 to 12 months. This role offers broad exposure across categories and business areas, providing continuous learning opportunities and strong professional development.

A day in a life of a Senior Analyst within our Procurement Acceleration Team

 

  • Co-lead global strategic projects for spend categories (raw materials, packaging, technical, or services) or business units across Nestlé.
  • Define and manage project plans, timelines and governance structures for complex, global projects.
  • Develop analytical solutions to identify opportunities for increased cost efficiencies, supply assurance and sustainability improvement.
  • Support the implementation of business solutions and measure their impact on the organization.
  • Cultivate relationships and effectively communicate project updates to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.

 

 

What makes you successful

 

  • University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement (category management preferred), consulting, business analytics, or project management.
  • Proven success delivering high impact projects in multinational environments with operational complexities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office with intermediate / advanced abilities in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional project teams.
  • Proficient in English; multi-lingual abilities are advantageous.
