Position Summary

Provide consistent support to the production planning team by carrying out a set of activities to ensure 100% delivery of production plans. Support in creating new processes to simplify and improve the ways of workings

A day in the life of...

• Coordinate and execute supporting activities throughout the week (including weekend) required to successfully deliver the locked daily production plans.
• Monitors supply signals through the data passed on by relevant Production planner ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier
• Identification of practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials.
• Manage the list of expiring materials and coordinate with relevant planners for its consumptions or alternate actions
• Resolve all material GR related challenges in coordination with Raw and Pack store
   

What will make you successful

• Experience: minimum of 1 year (Production Planning/Supply Chain preferred)
• Bachelors Degree: Engineering/CS/ BBA
• Knowledge of Sap (Material Handling/Management/Ordering) is preferred
• Advanced Excel (Data management and analytics)
