Position Summary

Drive excellence in employee health across the factory. Implementation of a Market Health Strategy at Site with appropriate objectives, measures and targets.

A day in the life of...
  • Facilitate cascading of the vision to the employee Health and inspire employees to embrace health as a value, excel in compliance & continuously improve. Champion a behavioral approach to health.
  • Implementation of Nestlé Health Policies and Standards.  Develop and continuously improve health programs, practices and tools, to deliver compliance and performance improvement. Follow up for reduction of gaps if any.
  • Ensure training & coaching is provided to employees and team leaders to help them to take ownership, and lead & manage employee health within their area of responsibility.
  • Ensure employees receive trusted guidance & support on identifying, assessing and managing health risk factors and opportunities, and on case management.  Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé, and communicated them internally.
  • Coordinate internal & external resources to ensure delivery of high quality and efficient employee health services, eg fitness for task, health surveillance, follow up in closing  health risk gaps.  Leverage Health Surveillance  and other tools to collect and analyse health-related information, monitor performance and improve health of employees

 

 

What will make you successful
  • M.B.B.S degree
  • Experience in the Occupational Health Department
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Capacity to manage independently under challenging/ demanding market environment and to be a team player in order to achieve goals
