- Maintain electricity systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and enhance maintenance plans and manage spare parts availability in the SAP system.
- Control and monitor the maintenance and improvement budget to ensure it stays within limits.
- Control and monitor the calibration and verification activity of plant instruments to maintain accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electricity systems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) for electricity systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production and facility operations.
- Ensure operations comply with Safety and Food Safety standards (HACCP, QMS, NGMP, Hygienic Engineering).
- Identify electrical hazards and apply appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Manage daily operational tasks discussed in DOR meetings, coach technicians, provide ad-hoc training, and ensure understanding of issues and solutions.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain 100% electricity reliability, and avoid production disruptions.
- Review and execute work order maintenance for and calibration plans
- Coordinate with support functions through DOR to review KPIs, plan, and implement actions for any deviations using the BDA/PDCA/SDCA/GSTD/DMAIC concept.
- Provide training and support for operators and technicians.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical/Physical/Mechatronics Engineering)
- Experience around 7 – 10 years in similar field
- Strong knowledge of MV and LV electrical systems and associated hazards.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing improvements.
- Skilled in instrument calibration and verification.
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
