As Raw & Packaging Material Coordinator you responsible to ensure overall management of quality system for all raw & packaging materials used in the factory including acceptance (development RM PM, release process, non-conformance handling, monitoring, and Compliance of Raw Material. So the material can be used safely to produce high quality & high compliance product.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure safe workplace and safe way of works.    
• Responsible for planning and execution of quality system for all raw materials used in the factory including acceptance, release process, non-conformance handling, and monitoring.    
• Responsible to perform vendor assessment management of raw & packaging material include planning, execution, & reporting in collaboration with Supplier Quality Manager (Market).    
• Continuous Development of Raw Material Monitoring Plan    
• Planning and execution of raw & packaging material contaminant surveillance & compliance.    
• Factory contact point for LIMS sample submission to regional laboratories.    
• Responsible to managing incoming packaging laboratory operations.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor (S-1) of Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related (Technical)
• Min. 2 years related experience in quality stream, food safety, and food company
• Fluent in English
• Leadership experience

Knowledge & Experience in following aspects: 

• Constructing HACCP Study for a Raw & Packaging material
• Set system for FSSC 22000; ISO-TS 22002-1: 2009; ISO 9001:2000
• Basic Chemistry, basic Microbiology, basic packaging quality knowledge
• Good Manufacturing Practices
• Problem Solving
