A day of life of Safety Health & Environment Specialistironment Specialist                           

• Align and support SHE Manager to maintain & implement OHS in the workplace area  (PDCA : Plan, Do, Check, Action, & Continual Improvement) in the factory level.                                              
• Implement (PDCA) Occupational Safety & Health management system & regulation compliance  (ISO 45001, Nestle Safety & Health regulation, Local Safety & Health regulation ) in line with Nestle Continuous Excellence
• Maintain & continual improvement of SHE performance via SHE Audit (ISO 45001, FCA Audit, NIA/NGA,  CARE)                                              
• Back up "SHE Specialist of Environmental" to maintain PDCA Environmental Management Implementation in the Factory level in line with SHE Manager Direction                                                                                

What will make you successful

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from Engineering background
• Previous professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas
• Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
• Must be passionate about their people, consumers, products and community and display a caring attitude.
• Must be totally committed to keeping our people safe and to protecting the environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic, self-starter, integrity, total honesty and total quality.
• Willing to be placed in Central Java area
