As a Workshop & Technical Store Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of technical stores and workshop operations to support maintenance excellence, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory. You will play a key role in optimizing spare parts management, maintaining engineering standards, and supporting operational efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Compliance.

A Day in the Life...

• Manage technical spare parts inventory to ensure availability, accuracy, and cost optimization.
• Lead technical store and workshop activities to support maintenance execution and plant reliability.
• Monitor stock levels, drive inventory optimization, and manage spare parts lifecycle and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Support maintenance planning and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Engineering Standards, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance maintenance effectiveness and reduce downtime.
• Support digitalization and reliability initiatives within the Engineering function.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Technical Store, Asset Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or other high-volume manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Good understanding of maintenance systems, spare parts management, inventory control, and reliability concepts.
• Experience with SAP PM, CMMS, or similar maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
