POSITION SUMMARY

The main purpose of this role is to achieve sales by category through the maximization of short and long-term growth opportunities, as well as the establishment of long-term relationships with customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Accountable for achieving sales volumes by category within their assigned territory.
- Achieve the core distribution, which includes the listing of new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), meeting the picture of success targets, ensuring agreed visibility, and fulfilling other elements outlined in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate contract negotiations regarding visibility, shelf space, promotions, and implementations.
- Organize daily field visits and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure product availability.
- Report market intelligence, including sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles, to the sales management team.
- Ensure that shelf and warehouse stocks are accurately audited, rotated, and that any issues related to short expiry are properly handled in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure that collections and financial reconciliations are made in accordance with Nestlé's established payment terms.
- Follow up with merchandisers on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise.

- 1-2 years of experience in similar field in FMCG industry.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
- Attention to details with high analytical skills.
- Proactive with good customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
