A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Provide regional-base information to Trade Marketing Team (Shopper/ Retailers insights)
  • Identify regional gaps & opportunities by channel
  • Co-lead Field sales plan presentation with RSM
  • Monthly Co-Cycle Plan skype Briefing to field sales with Trade Marketing team
  • Input actionable in-store operation to current category promotion plan / channel plan to trade marketing during monthly fixed meeting
  • Go market visit with opportunities / do next action discussed with Trade Marketing and regional team
  • Give competitor intelligence movement feedback to Trade Marketing team
  • Review effectiveness of current in-store actions and feedback to Trade Marketing team and regional team
  • Monitor in-store execution compliance of the region (must have SKUs, visibility priority, promotion, pricing and channel program execution) à Input in regional monthly scorecard

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in field sales (GT)
  • Experience in FMCG Sales is a must
  • Solid experience in managing distributors or direct accounts
