Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Digital Manager position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of a long-term and short-term e-business strategy for the digital transformation of the pet food business, using the latest trends and consumer behavior on the Internet. Developing e-commerce sales in collaboration with trading and MDO teams.
  • Development and realization of digital & search strategies, identifying problems and developing work plan for consistent brand's development , involving support and in close collaboration with the brand team, sales channel category development, sales, purchasing, advertising and research and other external partners: media agencies, media, communities organizations.
  • Building together with Media/Digital agencies in cooperation with brand team digital part of yearly brands communication plans and implementing them;
  • Acting as a Digital Champion from the market of Ukraine and Moldova, responsible for initiating, developing and supporting projects aimed at establishing and strengthening loyal relationships with consumers in the digital communication channel.
  • Owned assets development (websites creation coordination and their improvement)
  • Working on developing/adaptation of brands e-content & finding new opportunity areas for developing sales in e-commerce,
  • Creating plan for monthly SOC activities by brands to keep leadership positions in the category;
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance effectiveness of digital projects and determining possibilities of the resources effective use to achieve targets;
  • Cooperating with goods and services suppliers involved in the implementation of projects for customers to obtain the highest possible level of goods and services quality;
  • Creating project plans, monitoring activities of all units involved in the implementation of projects, ensuring projects implementation according to agreed plans, as well as their productivity and rate, etc.
Main Requirements:
  • University Degree;
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM/Digital project management;
  • Additional experience in sales or marketing is a plus;
  • Deep expertise in digital;
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and advertising campaigns for consumers;
  • Knowledge of special educational projects for customers;
  • Knowledge of agents market (PR, design, advertising, products promotion);
  • Knowledge of related fields (media, market research, trade marketing);
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
