Position Summary
As a Processing Operator you will be responsible for Lightweight production to meet production demands in a safe and high-quality manner. You will maintain all aspects of the line in conjunction with the department standards. You will use computer systems, RedZone, POKA and NCE problem solving methodologies. You will be responsible for reviewing and actively participating in the risk assessments as well as successfully achieving position qualifications through evaluations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor, Operate, Clean and problem solve throughout the Lightweight Process area, from material receiving and delivery of material to packaging
- Ensure that products meet all quality standards by monitoring production parameters, sampling/testing and responding per the factory QMS guidelines and NCE troubleshooting triggers
- Perform Standard Routines to include performance of basic lubrication, repairs, and sanitation in addition to inspect to identify defects and complete or coordinate repairs
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced and performance measured environment
