Position Summary

 

The Processing Operator provides safe and efficient operations of the Processing process. Performs quality checks to ensure product quality and equipment troubleshooting and adjustments to provide optimal equipment and process performance. Operates all equipment in Processing by using the designated systems. Continuously monitors and makes necessary adjustments to the operations of Processing. This position requires the ability to successfully perform all functions of the task training guidelines. This position will be responsible for reviewing and actively participating in the risk assessments as well as successfully achieving position qualifications through evaluations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to operate all equipment associated with the Processing department per safety, quality, and production standards and requirements. Including, but not limited to the dryer, the crushing and screening equipment and associated equipment.
  • Perform quality checks as needed and required to ensure product quality.
  • Do required equipment and area preventative maintenance and perform troubleshooting, lubrication, and adjustments on Processing equipment.
  • Utilize all computer systems and hardware associated with the Processing operation and quality test equipment, etc.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork associated with the Processing operation.



Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced and performance measured environment
