Role Overview

The Project Manager – Kiosk Conversion & Branch Operations is responsible for driving kiosk conversion projects across multiple sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Offices, and Transportation. The role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with branch audit standards across the assigned regions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage kiosk conversion initiatives across Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Office, and Transportation sectors.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from agreement finalization and design planning to execution and successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Take ownership of branch audit performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers (SO), and other NIM colleagues, to drive operational excellence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on project status, branch performance, and audit outcomes.
