You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with process and automation engineers, project managers, factory teams and equipment suppliers. This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow your expertise, and deliver meaningful results that make a difference at scale.
How you’ll make an impact as a Digital Process Design Engineer
- Developing accurate process diagrams, equipment layouts and three-dimensional plant models that turn engineering concepts into implementation-ready designs.
- Standardizing modular design components, drawing libraries and templates to improve quality, consistency and reuse across global projects.
- Reviewing supplier drawings and digital models to identify clashes and strengthen safety, hygiene, operability, maintainability and accessibility.
- Delivering basic engineering solutions for defined process units, including layouts, equipment interfaces, utility needs and technical specifications.
- Managing engineering data and synchronized digital plant information so teams can find, trust and use current documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Driving continuous improvement in design workflows and standards while sharing practical drafting knowledge with engineers, factories and suppliers.
What will make you successful
- Bringing strong two-dimensional and three-dimensional drafting capability for process plants, equipment layouts and engineering documentation.
- Applying computer-aided design tools, ideally including AutoCAD, Plant 3D and Inventor, to create precise and reusable design solutions.
- Using knowledge of process equipment, piping, utilities, instrumentation and hygienic design to strengthen safe and practical layouts.
- Collaborating proactively with engineers, factory partners and suppliers while managing engineering data, revisions and document standards with care.
- Communicating confidently in English at a good working level.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
