Position Summary

 

Our Research & Development center in Konolfingen near Bern / Switzerland develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging in the areas of Dairy and Nutrition. The Nestlé Product Technology Centre Dairy plans and develops Innovation & Renovation pipelines to support growth and profitability of our Dairy business via a consumer centric approach. It ensures scientific, technological and manufacturing excellence through the development of the right competences.

 

Within the Innovation Department of NPTC Dairy, we are looking for an open-minded & entrepreneurial Growth Hacker working with us to shape the future of Dairy products, services and Business models.

 

As Growth Hacker, you will be responsible to enable the project teams taking fast and facts/evidence based decisions by proposing, creating and analysing consumer & shopper experiments to validate the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit. You will also proactively contribute from the design of the concept and product to the route to market of the solution using Lean Start-up and Design Thinking approaches.

A day in the life of a Growth Hacker

 

  • Validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success of experiments
  • Analyze and present the data and consumer’s feedback
  • Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses
  • Test ideas through offline and online experiments by creating ads campaigns
  • Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Revenue - Retention – Referral) and being able to create viral growth
  • Keep up with state of the art tools by researching online
     
What will make you successful

 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Growth Hacker
  • Having experience with growth hacking tools and adapting easily to new digital tools
  • Team player with listening skills, able to make proposals of alternative solutions in a proactive and reactive manner
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking mindset and methodologies and Lean Methodologies
  • Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of KPIs, lean analytics and statistics
  • Fluent in English
