Position Summary


The Nestlé Research in Konolfingen location near Bern / Switzerland develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging concepts in the areas of Dairy and Nutrition.

The Nestlè Product Technology Centre Dairy plans and develops Innovation and Renovation pipelines  to support growth and profitability of our Dairy business via a consumer centric approach.

It ensures  technical assistance to our factories. In this position, you will be part of the Font-end Innovation team and you will support product and knowledge development projects in the field of flavoring, prototyping, sensory with the aim of launching successful consumer-relevant products

A day in the life of...

 

• Responsible for prototyping activities relative to early kitchen trials and flavoring solutions for product development projects, events organization or innovation workshops, including preparation, execution, tastings
• Support activities relative to sensory including preparation, execution of specific tests or events
• Ensure proper functioning of formulation, creative & sensory kitchens, including material supply & maintenance, GLPs implementation, internal databases maintenance

What will make you successful

 

• Min 5 years’ experience in products prototyping, ideally with flavors or other flavoring ingredients and in kitchen/cooking preparations, ideally with novel and trendy ingredients
• Good tasting skills & experience in lab/kitchen required, experience in dairy, culinary or beverage fields is a plus
• Experience in sensory evaluation and in product innovation is  required
• Good Microsoft Excel skills required, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
