Position Summary  

 

A Day in the Life of a Manufacturing Specialist

 

  • Supporting factories in the deployment of new process technologies and new product developments in the area of liquid dairy/formulations manufacturing
  • Contributing to R&D product and process development projects
  • Providing technical support to the operations in terms of process and recipe improvements. 
  • Approving and releasing new or modified products / recipes. Write and update guidelines, instructions and standards
  • Proposing, planning and delivering technical and scientific support in projects for PTC/R&DC/NRC and/or Markets.
  • Managing knowledge building and business related project activities with initiative. 
  • Presenting results/methods in written and oral form to interested parties or visitors
  • Developing related tools and competencies in the area of liquid dairy manufacturing. Knowledge transfer to  factories (Application groups, production, quality, others)

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor, Master Science degree in technology / science or equivalent
  • Practical experience in liquid dairy processing and knowledge of the liquid dairy product category
  • Solid factory experience in the dairy industry
  • Proficiency of English (spoken, read), other language is an advance 
  • Problem solving and solution finding skills, 
  • Good interpersonal/teamwork skills and a good sense of business/technical interrelationships
